Bad review/got scammed!

Liked: The location was next to our house event, new AC unit.
Disliked: It was very smelly when we walked in, small bathroom, place was not cleaned. The photo showed it was hard wood floors but it had old carpet in it. The bed had stains, we asked for new bedding and towels which were thin and brittle and on day 2, they charged us $50 from our damage deposit from the $100 down when we were staying 2 days and just wanted clean towels/bedding. We checked for bed bugs because the place was gross. The bedding was changed but they didn’t change where the stains were at. Overall place is gross and wouldn’t recommend staying here, watch out for being scammed of your damage deposit! Negative 5 star review!

Convenient Place to Stay When...

Liked: Location was perfect for anyone going to a show at The Ledge Amphitheater. A nice 15 minute walk. Also, plenty of fast food and restaurant options nearby. Check in was easy. My room was clean. WiFi was free, fast and reliable. The hallway area appeared to have been freshly painted. Overall, it met my expectations and served my purpose well for one night.
Disliked: It's dated and worn, typical of many budget hotels. Room was small. Bed was old and slightly uncomfortable. Shower was weak.

Liked: The front desk manager has ZERO customer service skills. Not friendly, no smile, no thanks for staying with us.
Disliked: The front desk staff. You need curtains that don't look like garage sale finds. It brings the entire room down.

Bad

Disliked: Room not clean. Pubic hairs on bed. Toilet had fingernail in it. Shower had public hair and hair on walls. And bugs. It was gross. Front desk, (owner) was rude and unprofessional.
