Disliked: The night manager seemed like he was kind of cranky to be woken up late even after submitting my request for late booking. I had to wait a few minutes which was okay. I was also charged a pet fee even though I showed him my dog's service animal paperwork. I tried talking to him and asking questions or simply being friendly but I got no response. Check out in the morning was a very similar experience. It was a little dusty and some of the furniture/floor had lots of marks but over all it wasn't terrible. The fridge also had a really bad smell to it so I was afraid to put anything in it.

Liked: The location to the event I was attending was good.
Disliked: The room was not clean. The air conditioner filter was coated in dirt. I cleaned it. There was a dryer sheet stuffed in it to presumably make the room smell better. The floors were not vacuumed well. Clumps of dirt behind the dresser and around the furniture. There was a piece of paper stuffed in the peep hole. The bathroom door was broken. The toilet seat was loose and there was a wedge of some sort stuffed under the toilet to level it from the floor. The towels had stains and a hair on one of them. There was nasty carpeting which felt and smelled damp. The pictures they provide show hard flooring. I let management know of these things upon checkout. They said I could have told them sooner and they would have moved me to a different room. But that is not the point. They should have a checklist for their staff to follow when cleaning and they should not rent a room with obvious maintenance issues, and they should check the rooms before they rent them to make sure their staff did a good job, and they are doing their job. You get what you are paying for which is a dirty place to stay.

Bad review/got scammed!

Liked: The location was next to our house event, new AC unit.
Disliked: It was very smelly when we walked in, small bathroom, place was not cleaned. The photo showed it was hard wood floors but it had old carpet in it. The bed had stains, we asked for new bedding and towels which were thin and brittle and on day 2, they charged us $50 from our damage deposit from the $100 down when we were staying 2 days and just wanted clean towels/bedding. We checked for bed bugs because the place was gross. The bedding was changed but they didn’t change where the stains were at. Overall place is gross and wouldn’t recommend staying here, watch out for being scammed of your damage deposit! Negative 5 star review!

Liked: Nice looking, clean, good location

Convenient Place to Stay When...

Liked: Location was perfect for anyone going to a show at The Ledge Amphitheater. A nice 15 minute walk. Also, plenty of fast food and restaurant options nearby. Check in was easy. My room was clean. WiFi was free, fast and reliable. The hallway area appeared to have been freshly painted. Overall, it met my expectations and served my purpose well for one night.
Disliked: It's dated and worn, typical of many budget hotels. Room was small. Bed was old and slightly uncomfortable. Shower was weak.
