Liked: They changed my room to the 2nd floor.

This was the worst hotel...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The staff was terrible. Very rude. They wouldn’t let us have our four kids in our room because they “didn’t allow”more than 3 people in a double queen room. We ended up not staying and found a better hotel for only a little extra cost. This is all after the staff tried to double charge the couple checking in before us.
