Liked: the bed was comfortable...the location of the hotel was great...staff was great
Disliked: when we arrived, the room we were given they had left a ladder in the bathroom with a toolbox sitting in the doorway...staff was great & didn't hesitate to give us another room. The other room sheets were not clean, no remote to the TV. Also the online description stated this hotel had an indoor pool but they had no pool at all.

Disappointing

Disliked: Had to call front desk twice because the people above us or beside us had kids that was jumping or running around from time we got their til after midnight. I had call at 11pm to front desk which was second call that we were trying sleep but sound like stampede of elephants above us or beside. Making so much noise jumping and running around. It finally stopped after made that second call. But we didn't want disturb other people around us by turning our TV up so we could hear it due to all noise around us that we could barely hear our TV. It was just so annoying and it was during our entire stay up til midnight. Other than that everything else was good except they advertise breakfast and they did not have it and drinks were looked in a cooler with chain. Rooms were clean and staff nice. It was my birthday and mother's day was hoping for some peace and quiet that didn't happen.
