Disliked: They didn't have my reservation but they charged my card for a stay i didn't do. They need to refund me my money!!!!!

Liked: Staff was friendly and willing to help at any moment the pool was cleaned and was ready for the grandchildren to swim in and that was the main thing for us to be doing there was to be spending time with her grandchildren
Disliked: The one thing that I wish that they would change is have a better breakfast a hot breakfast if a hotel that is lower in quality could have a better breakfast than them I would think that Econo Lodge could step it up and have a better breakfastOur room did not have anywhere to hang our clothes and did not have a hair dryer but I went up to the front desk and asked for one and got a hair dryer I just wish they would put somewhere to where you could hang your clothes up to also they might be Remodeling and I didn't know

Liked: The front door was always locked with a staff member inside, who partially opened it, saying, " May I help you?
Disliked: All night long, killing roaches, and I had to be up early for my mother's funeral.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was dirty. Melted ice cream on the floor next to bed. A roach climbed on my son. The key cards didn't work. No blow dryer.
