Horrible thinking that one of...

Liked: The front door was always locked with a staff member inside, who partially opened it, saying, " May I help you?
Disliked: All night long, killing roaches, and I had to be up early for my mother's funeral.

Nasty

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was dirty. Melted ice cream on the floor next to bed. A roach climbed on my son. The key cards didn't work. No blow dryer.

The room was not clean.

Liked: Price/location for the purpose of our trip.
Disliked: Room was not clean. Had bugs dead and alive. I didn't say anything because ...if one room has it then every room has them.Pool was closed due to someone pooping in it.

Liked: The night clerk was phenomenal!
Disliked: The room was FAR from clean!! Hair in the bed, all over the bathroom…toilet, tub, floor. The entire floor, I presume, hasn’t been properly cleaned in forever due to the fact that the bottom of our feet were black from filth simply from walking from the bed to the bathroom!!!!
