The Econo Lodge hotel is located, just south of Interstate 40. This hotel provides easy access to Elon University, and many of the area's shopping facilities including Burlington Square Mall and Burlington Manufacturer's Outlet Center (BMOC), home to numerous factory outlet and designer stores. Offering fun for the whole family, the Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe water park is 20 miles from the hotel. The nearby Alamance Battleground features historical structures, outdoor monuments and a visitor center to educate visitors on the 1771 battle that took place on site. The city of Burlington features walking tours of its historic district, a number of city parks and several lakes offering a place for boating, canoeing, water skiing and fishing. A variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges can be found around town, including several near the hotel. Liked: Convenient
Disliked: I was given a king size room and had to request another room due they were renovations done the room beside mine which was 265,the fumes coming from my room made me have very bad headaches.. the second room 208, there were no bad issues except the beds and pillows. I need to make.a complaints. about this. Why would you rent a room and knowing the next room begin renovated. My husband had a serious coughing behind this .Also his a senior with disability.

My stay was nice and...

Liked: I like that they made sure the room was freshly cleaned upon my arrival. It was very welcoming! Made the stay better! Oh and the shower was great. Hot water and perfect pressure
Disliked: I was not pleased that a dirty wash cloth was left hanging on the shower. With the location being where it is and the rates that are charged, some TLC needs to be considered.

Awful

Liked: This was my first time staying at the Econo Lodge before I went to bed. There was a big roach crawling across the nightstand. I had to smash him up then I woke up and I had bug bites all over me. I had already sent in a request to get my money refunded, this is not good and I’m very sensitive cam person. I got big red splotches all over me. I might go to the dermatologist tomorrow, but I have pictures.
Disliked: Everything last minute choice will never go again
