Horrible!

Liked: It came with built in pets!!
Disliked: Walk in room roach runs across the wall. As I’m looking around I see fridge leaked water all over the floor. The tiles in bathroom broken an lifting. Dirty towels on rack. Looked at bed to see burn marks. Pull up blanket to see pink fluids all on sheet. I go down to complain an got sheets handed to me an told me I don’t like it I clean myself. Very dirty facility! No breakfast or coffee offered. The smell of urine everywhere. An no ice machine yet they give you an ice bucket. If I don’t already pay I would have left. Very unhappy. The bullet holes in wall was interesting as well.

Disliked: Everything! The lobby smelled horrible. There is scuff marks all over the walls, doors, and elevator. This is a rundown motel for crackheads.

The worst motel I have...

Disliked: This was the filthiest motel I have ever stayed in. The initial room that I was assigned to had black mold, covering all of the ceiling tiles in the bathroom. I was moved to the adjacent room. It was listed as a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. When I let the front desk know, I was given a bottle of Febreze for the room. The mattress underneath the sheets was stained. The sheets themselves had cigarette burns in them and multiple stains and ink spots. The pillows were old and stained, and non-supportive. The inside of the microwave was disgustingly dirty, and the glass plate did not fit properly.There was dirt and stickiness on all of the floors, and especially in the corners.The curtains reeked of smoke.I was not provided with towels upon check-in. I asked twice for towels on the first day and three times for towels on the second day. I was finally provided towels after the fifth request.It was really bad and I did look for a different place to stay.Hotels and rooms in the area were extremely scarce because of the graduation happening at Yale University. I ended up purchasing vinegar, baking soda, and dryer sheets to try to mitigate the smell. I purchased my own towels and pillow to use. Everything that I brought into the room, absorb the smoke smell and upon check out three days later reeked of stale smoke.
