The place was dirty

Disliked: It was dirty. They had the least amount of staff, the coffee and juice machine was broken. It's obvious the owner of the motel cut back on alot to get a bigger profit. When I arrived, there was a tea bag in the machine in the room. I was there for two weeks and no one ever came. The owner should take more pride in their business. Pathetic!!!

Worst place in West Haven...

Liked: My husband stepped on an Epidermic needle it Pierce the skin and drew blood. There was 2 kind of bugs couldn't see it good enough because it hauled ass. There was a telephone but no wires or anything to plug it in so we couldn't call the front desk to ask for a remote controller for the TV because there was no remote. Overall a nightmare. The worse hotel I've ever had experienced. They should be ashamed! Sorry there was nothing we liked

Disliked: I didn’t even stay I checked out a few hours later. The hotel room smelled really bad I couldn’t stand the smell

Disliked: Everything the walls had mold the doors wouldn't closed and it was just horrible

Superb

Liked: Staff were nice. During checkout, the guy at the front desk was rude but with certain people there, it's expected. Anyway, I didn't have any issues during my stay.
Disliked: Have to ask for towels and washcloths. It's not a big deal if you bring your own. I always bring my own towels, washcloths, sheets, pillows/pillow cases, and covers.
