Liked: This was my second stay here and the room I had the first time was much nicer than this. Location was great. Easy access to multiple shops and cafes.
Disliked: The shower was an accessible one which meant the whole bathroom floor became wet and slippery. WiFi was very poor this time.

Never again!

Liked: The staff were lovely and as helpful as they could be given where they work.The "apartment" was spacious.
Disliked: We booked the 2 bedroom family "apartment" which is above the office for 2 adults and 2 kids. We didn't know beforehand that the apartment was accessed via steep internal stairs and that the bath couldn't be used. The place reeked of bleach on arrival, so we opened all the windows and left for an hour to air it a bit.The furniture was old, stained, mismatched. Big stains on lounge carpet, too. Would hate to use a black light in there. There was only a coverlet between sheets on beds, so it was freezing. The large linen cupboard was empty, so no extra blankets, pillows or towels. We all slept in our Oodies. The full kitchen had minimal mismatched kitchenware that we washed ourselves only to discover the sink leaked out onto the floor from under the cupboard. There was no kettle or toaster. The office gave us a new kettle to use. The location had constant noise and lights from traffic and the " Massage place" across the road was still open late on a Sunday night. It was cheap, but we could have paid a bit more for a lot better. We travelled from interstate, so it was too late to find somewhere else or we would have.

Liked: Very busy Street when you enter and exit into the place especially peak hours
Disliked: Room was so high upstairs, very hard to carry my suitcases upstairs, Should have a Lift
