For the money they charged...

Liked: We only stayed for breakfast one day, the muffins were cut in half, not much choice otherwise, I brought my own coffee with us.
Disliked: The noise from the traffic in front of the motel kept us awake for most of the night, it was only fairly quiet from 2 to 3 a.m. We asked for a room on the lower floor, and all they had was a single king size bed so we accepted that room only to find it was a single queen, the owner was not easy to understand, but we did our best. The room was okay, nicely updated and clean enough, it was adequate for our stay, nice to have a microwave oven as a lot of motels now only have coffee makers.

The Carolinas is honestly one...

Liked: I have had the most terrible stays at some of the hotels here in Vernon Econolodge is absolutely one of my favourite hotels and may not be one of the best looking ones but it is very comfortable the staff is super friendly they’re understanding they’re very clean they’re absolutely kind and respectful they’re very accommodating hey do you have a pool and accommodations I will always be staying at the Econo Lodge wanna have a chance to stay here we absolutely love it here the small little place but it’s close to everything that we needed that we need
Disliked: Nothing as of yet they are very accommodating to my request if anything changes I’ll let you know but I am very much gonna be spending my time available here when it’s available and affordable

Liked: It looks non-discript from outside but rooms are spacious and real good
Disliked: Breakfast is very simple continental not alot of variety

Liked: Breakfast was good . Muffins, cereal, yogurt, toast and coffee. Friendly employees. Good value. Would stay again. Comfortable bed.

Disliked: The hottub wasn't hot and the water looked a little murky. I was advised by other guests that it was usually hotter and the water clearer.

Too much rif raf around...

Liked: Clean. Good bed.
Disliked: Squeeky hollow sounding floors. Not much for sound proofing between rooms. Floor squeezed every time I walked around. Felt bad for the person below me as I’m an early riser, so I can imagine how loud it was for him when I was just walking in the room. Area is shady. Rif RAF is constantly walking around through the parking lot. I heard someone screaming, a guy in one of the rooms, not sure why. I felt a need to constantly be on alert and constantly checking my vehicle .
