Don't waste your money - we had to go back 3 times to get keys reset; the keys didn't work on 2 rooms; was offered a room with bugs in the bed and all around filthy. Third room was acceptable, but still not clean - they don't wash the linens well. Will never go there again!
Disliked: Filthy; bugs, keys didn't work.

Good price for a decent...
Liked: The room was big and had a table suitable for eating a meal.
Disliked: Nothing to actively dislike. It was bare bones utilitarian but clean.

Liked: Good budget hotel. Right in downtown Vancouver, easily walkable to restaurants, bars, entertainment.

Last remodel was lipstick on...
Liked: Reasonably close to Esther Short Park where the jazz festival was held.
Disliked: TV signal was horrible - the screen was intermittently pixelated all three days. The floor looked clean, but my bare feet got dirty immediately after showering.
