Liked: Good

Hotel was clean and basic,...

Liked: The room was quiet and simple, which met my needs. I checked availability on booking.com and was going to just book at the front desk upon arrival. I was shocked at how high the price was going to be at the front desk and commented. Staff said that I might be able to get a lower rate online, so I booked online and just waited for them to see the booking show up in their system. I was thankful for the recommendation to book online, so that the final price was reasonable. Was pleasantly surprised that there was some continental breakfast items available.
Disliked: Disappointed that the rate booking at the front desk was going to be so high without the discounted online rate.

Disliked: There should always be a dairy free option, even fruit

Bed bugs

Liked: The room was updated and looked nice. The location was convenient. We stayed there last year and liked it.
Disliked: The room was crawling with bed bugs. I found three without even looking: two on the bed and one on the chair. We discovered the bed bugs shortly after checking in so we did not stay the night. The front desk person was polite and promised us a full refund, which we still have not received after more than a month.
