Liked: Hot tub
Disliked: Hair on tub and sink counter. Pool was not heated sauna was locked up front desk staff was rude. Did not return deposit even after we cleaned up the trash and did not damage or steal anything. Super loud in hallways

Liked: The staff was amazing! She is so friendly and kind. Very helpful. The hotel is in the midst of a remodel/update.
Disliked: Old cigarette smell in the hallway. It wasn't that bad, but you could smell it.

Disliked: We had a decent size bug climbing up the inside of our door which was gross. The management was very nice and the hotel was clean in general. Great location!

Liked: The convenient location
Disliked: All the appliances were unplugged when I got into the room, the bathroom had many stains on the toilet and a random used rag hanging on the door knob. It smelt old and like cigarettes. The only way the door locked was through the deadbolt.

Liked: Very nice pool and spa area.
Disliked: The smell of cigarettes in the building. Even though I didnt immediately smell it when I walked into my room, there was a lingering smell in the bedding and a cigarette burn in one bed.

Disliked: The bed was awful the staff was rude only get new towels and bedding every 3 days .
