Good Find In The Rough

Liked: This was a good find. Although the property outside appearance needs some upgrades the inside was pleasing. No unpleasant smells, clean, upgraded bathroom commode, clean refrigerator and microwave. Staff accomdated all my request. Laundry Lady Was Exceptionally Kind And Helful. Stayed for a week while attending a church convention. Would definitely book this location again.
Disliked: Outside Appearance Needs Upgrades. Only One Ice Machine That Was Out Of Order The Whole Week I Was There.But The Most Important Of All Is That There Was No Inside Chain On The Door Or Anyway To Stop Someone From Coming Into The Room Unexpectedly. And It Did Happen. They apologized but that needs to be corrected right away.

Basic needs, basic stay.

Liked: The price matched the quality of the rooms. Was off the beaten path, but being only 10/15 minutes from the beach was why I booked this location. Do not let the look of the neighborhood scare you. Was quite for the most part. Was convenient for the purposes I needed it for. Was not in the area on 4th of July weekend to stay in the room.
Disliked: Rooms are slightly dated but you can tell they are trying to give it a "looks new" refurbish. Definitely need new towels. They are rough, and can tell been through the wash many a time.

Liked: The location is pretty decent distance from most things
Disliked: The room I stayed in was a little beat up. The sink had a crack in it and the shower didn’t work properly. Although the room itself wasn’t dirty the bathroom had these stains that wouldn’t come out in the shower.

Horrible

Liked: No breakfast! Location was okay..
Disliked: The room was not clean! Bathroom door was falling off the hinges! Certainly not as described on your app! Cable went out and we wasted precious time waiting for a reset that didn't work. Moved us to a different room when we voiced our annoyance. The place is old and shabby to say least. I'm being kind.
