Comfortable stay; excellent value.

Liked: I was very pleased all around. Staff was warm and very kind and flexible (we were meant to arrive 9:30 pm but got in after 2). Breakfast was satisfying and had plenty of options (waffles; oatmeal; cereal; pastries). Bed was flawless. Room was immaculate. It was clear the owners take care and pride. I would 100% stay there again.
Disliked: Only complaint is the rooms are not soundproof; every time someone opened or closed their door, or spoke in a normal voice, it was heard.

We were very pleased. Everywhere...

Liked: The staff/owners were beyond kind. Breakfast was wonderful and the location was perfect. Half the cost of hotels nearby (next door).
Disliked: A/C was loud.
