Liked: clean comfy bed. shower nice n hot. location was perfect for what trip was.
Disliked: the breakfast was very poor. coffee in micro cups and no real creamer. and very few choices. probably wont return to this location

Won’t stay again

Liked: lol the location
Disliked: The way they keep insisting on a smoking room and their perception of me. I ask for non smoking rooms cuz I don’t smoke in the room I can’t help if the connecting room is smoking. I tried to put towels between the door to help the smell but cigarette sinks and lingers.

Affordable and pet friendly, met...

Liked: Pet friendly, rooms are extremely clean and facilities are decently maintained. The location is pretty central to Southern Pines so a lot of food delivery options are available. TV and internet services were both good.
Disliked: Housekeeping daily, not optional. Not necessarily bad, but be prepared to take your pet out while they clean. During my stay, there were a lot of construction workers who were relatively loud in the evenings - especially on Friday/Saturday. Our room had a very slow draining sink and the beds are well worn spring mattresses.

Greedy owners

Liked: I have stayed at this property before but feel this time i was way over charged.
Disliked: I was charged for needing to just go ahead and get my check in completed before 3 30$ even though I didn’t occupy the room at that time. I was also charged 20$ extra because my period started over night and i got blood on the sheets. And my security deposit hasn’t been returned yet!
