Clean; friendly staff; great room; easy access; great breakfast and luxuries. Recommend highly.

Liked: Very nice sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Good location and helpful staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was quite limited, a few more options would be nice.

Ok for overnight stay for...

Liked: Flying out of GRR early morning, location was good. Comfortable bed and linens. Hot water in bathroom shower, good water pressure. Liked having a suite with separate bedroom. We weren't there long enough to enjoy it. Lobby was welcoming. Breakfast adequate.
Disliked: Grounds need a landscaper. Beautiful flowers planted but not taken care of, need to dead head flowers, remove dead flower hanging basket, edge grass and pull weeds. Room 111's shower ceiling is bowing in. Air filters need to be changed, filthy. Room decor is lacking. Some pictures on walls and table chairs or chair in living room needed. Just a little more TLC in rooms. No one was at front desk when we checked out. Left keys in basket. I would have liked a receipt.

Liked: It was clean and spacious. The people at the desk were very nice. The shuttle was extremely handy.
Disliked: I couldn’t find an ice machine. Minor issue, though.

Liked: Rooms were clean and staff was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was gone by 9am. Beds are a rock. Could hear someone playing loud music from another room when we were trying to sleep. Shower was wonky. Not all the lights worked.
