Great location for exploring by...

Liked: A great location and cheaper option to explore the region by car. An hour drive to Boston, and so much more in the surrounding area. Place was simple, clean, and provided exactly what we needed, a bed for the night.
Disliked: The bathroom door jamb was broken so the door didn't stay closed. Second straight motel with that issue weirdly enough.

Liked: The location was all that was decent about this property
Disliked: This place is very rundown. Not very well kept we found crumbs all over the floor food wrappers all over the floor, other peoples hair ties. The Made took our towels never gave us new ones when we tried to go get new ones the office I imagine owner was very rude and disrespectful.

We left within 10 minutes...

Liked: The price was the best thing, but even that was absurd given you couldn’t pay me to stay in that dumpster fire / active crime scene. There was a lot of parking because other people were smart enough not to stay there.
Disliked: Pervasive mold, seedy clientele, the dishonest, unprofessional & malevolent attitude of the staff which ensures the only clientele they can get either rents by the hour or week. The stickiness of the beds. The crust on the windows. The gummy pinkness of the shower walls. The stench.

Surprise pet fee that they...

Liked: Location is great, walking distance to Cedar Grill which is a very good restaurant.
Disliked: Pet freindly but a surprise pet fee! As you check in they have a sign that tells the additional fee for pets. I questioned it, saying it was no where on the website. They agreed that they do not put the fee anywhere on the website, just surprise you when you arrive! I would like them to correct this, so I will not provide the fee amount.
