Disliked: There were a couple times that there were some problematic people but you get that everywhere these days

Disliked: The african guy that checked me in was judgemental as all get out , I told him I had a service dog and he looked at me like I'm stupid and said let me see the dog , never in my life since I had service animal for my health has any one asked that!! Then I didn't have to but I showed him my card and he kinda was like oh , and THEN I had booked a handicap room and he looked at me and says oh you don't need a handicap room, do you?" That's what I booked because my mom needed it, and he continued to change it anyway! Very rude and poor customer service !! The guy MADE ME AND MY FAMILY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. HE WAS JUDGING a BOOK BY a COVER AND DID NOT KNOW THE WHOLE STORY!!
