Horrible staff. So rude.

Disliked: We stayed here two different weekends and gave it another chance to see if things changed. But the staff was absolutely so rude and disrespectful. Refused to give you clean towels when we paid for 3 adults and were only given 2 towels. Called us both weekends at 4-5 in the morning and woke us all up. Every time we left our room we got asked if we were checking out( they should know when we are checking out). Got told we were only supposed to have 2 people in a double queen bed room. He also tried telling me I was wrong about what I booked when I checked in this weekend. Our first night we didn’t have blinds and he told us he seen we had 4 people and we’re only allowed 2 in that double bed room. So he looked in our room While we were sleeping. You just can’t run a business with that amount of rudeness. So disappointing and frustrating that you can’t even get clean towels or having to worry constantly about your stay while on vacation.

Disliked: I spent $80 on a Uber to get there after booking online. The lady at the front desk called to ask me if I was coming since I did not prepay as I selected pay at counter because it was a option. I said I would be on my way which is usually 40 minutes out but took a extra 15 minutes as I was catching a Uber instead of driving. I get 5 minutes away and she calls to say I canceled your reservation because you took more than 40 minutes to get here. She was extremely rude and she lost a customer because me and my family and friends will never book there again.I see that they reply to reviews with "apologies or we'll make sure it doesn't happen again" but thier obviously doing nothing to make things better.

Good place to rest after...

Liked: room was clean, bed was comfortable, easy off and on rt 95
Disliked: tv in my room had a buzzing sound that was annoying
