Disliked: They charged me for my therapy dogs!! and they are very small dogs, they didn’t bark. They are potty trained. Last I heard it’s against the law to charge for therapy dogs.

Disliked: It smelled like smoke heavily in the Nonsmoking rooms. One of the queen beds was broken so when you made ANY kind of movement on the bed it made the loudest creaking sound. It looked like the lower part of the bathroom walls were covered in urine.

Disliked: The room was not clean. There were holes in the blankets, and the toilet did not work. There looked like their was mold in the bathroom and stains on sheets.
