Liked: Excellent service, very friendly staff!There was an issue with the air conditioner smelling like acetone, and she promptly switched us to another room right down the hall!
Disliked: Wish breakfast started at five o'clock instead of six. Only complaint

Liked: shuttle was great. breakfasts.
Disliked: coffee too weak. if we come back would like second floor room or room in back. a bit noisy.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're in a room that suits your needs. The little details, like towels and napkins folded into animals, were a nice touch.
Disliked: Some of the amenities were outdated, but it didn't affect the quality of my stay.
