Absolutely a rip off

Liked: Location wasn't bad
Disliked: When I had a shower the bathroom all but flooded.I had day surgery so ordered room service. The room service meal was supposed to tb Thai Beef and rice with stirfried vegetables. The stew yes I say stew was full of fat and tasted disgusting and was like it had been taken out of the freezer and microwaved ad the potato was all mooshy. I had to phone to get some toilet paper as there was none in the room to be told to go to the office to get some to which I said no you bring it to me as I've had day surgery in hospital. I had to wait for around 15 minutes for them to bring me some toilet paper thank goodness there was a box of tissues in the room to use,When I spoke to the staff the following morning about the disgusting meal and lack of toilet paper they said they were going to get the manager to ring me as I asked for a refund on the meal. As yet the so called manager still hasn't rang me.

Disliked: It forced you to go out and eat. Limited facilities in room.The room was drafty and a cold breeze would blow through the gaps in the doorway which made keeping the room warm difficult.
