Liked: The closeness to the interstate. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.
Disliked: It looked and felt unkept properly. Was not asked when I booked if I wanted a smoking or non smoking room and was placed in a smoking room.

Disliked: Burn hole in comforters , 2 towels , needs updated very bad, breakfast was very limited. Rooms look nothing like on the website or Booking.com

Disliked: entered the room to find holes in the wall, sheets and bedspread. bathroom dirty, room dark and only one bedside light worked. Smelled awful. We were there for maybe 15 minutes and called the front desk and said that we were leaving and wanted a refund and was told that since we had booked thru a booking agency that they would be responsible for refund although we actually paid them. They were very uncooperative. We called the booking agency the next day and they were wonderful and they contacted the Econolodge and surprise no one answered the phone. We filed a complaint and we will see what happens, gave them an awful review.

Just okay, could’ve been better.

Liked: The breakfast wasn’t all that and the location was a little noisy because it’s right next to the highway but that was expected.
Disliked: Better bed sheets, better air conditioner/ heater, better breakfast. Provide shower essentials. Asked for extra pillows and blankets and was told there were none.
