Liked: We needed a place to stay because our flight was cancelled... this was the only place available. It was comfortable enough
Disliked: Area was loud. When I asked for a receipt so I could submit to Airlines for reimbursement I only last realized the receipt I was given did not cover tax and fees -- so not the full cost. That was frustrating.

Liked: The room had a mini fridge and patio area
Disliked: Staff went through my room when I wasn't there

Liked: The price, but not worth it, my credit card being used by an employee for pizza.
Disliked: My credit card was used to buy Domino's pizza which we did not order! I am guessing an employee. Quite disappointing when I am on an extended vacation and have to cancel my credit card. Service at the desk was quite slow. The hallway to our room was dirty. I had a stranger on a bycicle ride into the court yard to ask to use my microwave to warm up food. Our room has no microwave. I recommended the office.

Disliked: The TV and phone never worked. The floors and sink/mirror, etc were never cleaned. There were always long black hairs on the floor. My husband and I have white hair. The pillows were fat and lumpy.
