I wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Location
Disliked: The rooms were slightly unclean, I was on the floor floor and I could hear stomping and screaming above me. Neighbors loud and would walk pass window looking in. Felt unsafe.

Disliked: I couldn't understand the desk clerk. He said my reservation wasn't on his computer even though it was confirmed on my phone: he had to run my credit card through again. Hopefully I wasn't double charged, I haven't had the chance to check my account yet. There was no in room coffee service, and I was up at 5:00 AM the snack bar was closed and main door locked.

Liked: The staff was really nice and accommodating
Disliked: The jacuzzi tub that I upgraded to for additional money did not work. Only 1 jet actually worked which was disappointing conseridering that's the whole reason I got the room. Staff were really nice though no hassle or trouble. Overall if I would have just got a regular room it would have met my expectations for sure. It's just the jacuzzi not working kind of ruined the whole experience and I wanted to relax not report a problem and have a maintenance guy hang out and fix it.
