Bad
Liked: Nothing at all. Very disappointed
Disliked: The person Mr. PATEL at the front desk was rude. He toss my key card on the counter instead of placing it in my hand. When I called Mr. PATEL to complain about not having a jacuzzi in the room, he hung the phone up while I was still talking. Dead bugs on the floor, urine in the toilet, pool was closed due to it being dirty, and no jacuzzi in my room that i paid for. I went through booking.com and got a run around. I sat outside of the hotel for 4 hours waiting for a refund. Booking.com had me on the phone waiting for an answer for 2 hours and still hasn't responded to my request. I called booking.com 4 different times. 2 of those times they hung up when I gave them my name. I had to drive 10 miles up the road, hoping I could get a room for the night at another hotel. Econo Lodge was terrible. Dirty, rude, and I didn't get what I paid for. NEVER AGAIN, I WANT MY REFUND ☹️

Very good
Liked: The room was very clean and stocked with the necessities, which were also clean. I honestly love when i walk in to a hotel room and you can smell that it was cleaned recently.
Disliked: The "free continental breakfast" wasnt exactly what you would expect. Very basic with cereal and day old bagels. Nevertheless, my children were content and thats really what matters i guess. Maybe add some pre packaged muffins?
