Overall the stay wasn’t very...

Liked: Some of the staff is very friendly
Disliked: The room was absolutely disgusting. There are pubic hairs in the bed sheets. Stains on the bedsheets and matress. The walls are not only stained with paint, but water damage evident and paint is peeling off the walls. The tub wouldn't drain and the sink is clogged... we were told it is known to leak and offered only a bucket. The room is infested with flies and the water was musty and foggy. The staff, knowing all the issues, still chose to put us in this room. Then upon complaint, the manager only offered to swich rooms, refusing to give us a refund. Why would we even want to stay here?
