Disappointing
Liked: Came to check in, girls ok. preoccupied and curt, on cell. OK fine whatever. The room was disgusting. It smelled like pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland only worse worst super moldy. There was dirt everywhere in the corners and nothing was wiped down not the light switches not the refrigerator door the remote it was just smelly and gross how this gets 8+ on this app is beyond me. What’s laughable is in the front. They have a warning that you must pay for your dogs but lying about your dog being a service dog is illegal. These places aren’t even clean enough for a dog.
Disliked: See above.

Bad
Disliked: The key card machine was broken the 3 days we were there. The front desk had to open the room every time we needed in. People knocking on door at 3 am every night. Room straight up smelled of weed. We lost power in the room. Someone else found drugs in there room.

They had to break my...
Liked: The location was good. It was mostly clean.
Disliked: I have been to this hotel once before. Other than the very sparse breakfast and uncomfortable bed, it was fine for a couple of nights. The beds are still uncomfortable. I did not eat breakfast there this time. There was a hair in the tub. The mirror had a bunch of black spots on it making it kind of difficult to see, kind of looking like it was rusting. One of the lamps had the same thing at the base of it. I noticed when I checked in that the door was a bit challenging to open but I was able to push it open just fine. I had a funeral that day and knew it would be very late when I got back so I got all my stuff into the room then left. When I came back later that night, I could not get the door open for anything. The keys worked because it turned green but no amount of pushing or slamming my body against the door worked. I finally had to go get someone from the front desk. They were trying to kick it down, slam their body into it, etc. The door didn't budge. He finally said he was going to have to call someone. I was getting very worried. It was late. The hotel was sold out so I couldn't just get moved to another room. All of my stuff was inside. I had nowhere else to go. I thought I was going to have to sleep in my car and not have access to my stuff. I was also worried about the amount of noise that was happening as they were trying to get the door open. People were sleeping and it was not exactly quiet. The person from the front desk came back and said he was going to have to try one more time because nobody was answering. Que more anxiety because it was not looking good. He tried several more times and he finally literally broke the door down and a bunch of pieces of wood, the frame, metal pieces and nails just crashed to the floor. The metal piece that the latch goes into fell off into my room, along with several pieces of wood. The frame around the door was completely separated from the wall and the wall itself around the frame looked cracked.

Poor
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It stunk like mildew. It had dirt and crumbs in the corners. The bed was way soft. It hurt my back. The a/c unit made some kind of noise. The ice machine only worked a few days. There was a weird smell in the lobby. Only 1 person spoke and/or understood English. Booking.com gave it an 8.4. I wouldn't even give it a 4.8.
