The room looked liked it needed renovations. However, I realize that if you get a smoking room nowadays it's unusual and I realize renovations are expensive.

Liked: I was able to get a smoking room.
Disliked: Loud, rowdy people in the hall long past midnight.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, reasonable prices
Disliked: Allowed a group full of young girls to run up and down till after midnight. Kids were sitting in the hallway eating pizza, blocking the hallway.

I generally do not bother to do reviews, I just either choose to go back or not based on how I felt about the room and amenities. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the room overall. Our carpets were still dirty, not well vacuumed, and when we registered at 3:45pm and went to our rooms, there were no towels. My husband went downstairs to get some and advised that they were not ready yet. I was wanting to have a shower upon our arrival as were were headed out shortly thereafter but could not. Furthermore, when the towels were handed to me, they were quite damp, and since high heat is the only thing that kills bacteria and germs, I would not use the towels as they wouldn't be sufficiently clean. In addition, since there were a few other issues, the bottom line is that I would not stay here again. I don't consider myself to be too critical but cleanliness is a must.

Liked: Room is spacious and pets are welcome. Parking lot is free and nearby.Restaurants and fastfood are nearbyHotel staff are friendly and always ready to help.
Disliked: nothing

Roof over my head

Liked: It smelled clean
Disliked: Paint peeling on the walls, out dated it was clean but would be nicer if the fridge was bigger in the room and it didn't have a coffee maker to make morning coffee in the room and Internet is slow

Liked: They mentioned it's a continental breakfast. We just got bread, bagel, and coffee
Disliked: We could have got some variety of food.

Liked: It was easy to check in and my dog was allowed.
Disliked: A little outdated.

Superb

Liked: The breakfast was ok. It would have been nice to have fruit & yogurt as a gluten free choice. The location was handy for the things we had to do.

Liked: Nothing compared to the advertising Not clean moldy n bath room rusty fixtures the door chared from the heater . Whirlpool old school rusted. i didn't want to get in it
Disliked: I didn't like the stairs n doors narrow stairway. & the tv barely hanging from the wall only one channel couldn't change channels. There's not much space to park too much snow
