Liked: Super tiny coffee cups. Had to take several cups just to equal one full cup but otherwise the food was fine. Basic bagels and muffins and stuff
Disliked: Dirty towels left on top of the toilet tank, trash still in the garbage can which we only had one in the entire room. Garbage under the end tables. Did not look like the floor had been cleaned in a long time. Ripping the screen so we could not open the window unless we wanted a Brazilian mayflies in the room. Difficult to find the on off for the heat/ cold since I was behind the bathroom door. Only one blanket on the bed aside from the duvet cover. Good thing it wasn't winter. Half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to go to the front desk for more.

Disliked: pillows flat, hard bed and lake flies were horrendous. doors banging all night long. didn't sleep at all

Liked: Loved the view from our room. Also loved the equipment, especially the massage chair, in the workout room!

Disliked: They put us in a room with musty and moldy smells. I complained and they moved us to another room. And I found they charged my card three times for the room. Before we left I showed the manager and she canceled two of the charges. I'm so glad I checked my card before we left.
