Value for Money

Liked: Location was excellent - easy walk into Old Town. Huge, very comfortable bed. The included breakfast was excellent with a variety of food offered. Adela, who served us was very efficient. We would like to offer a HUGE thank you to Adela for ordering our very early morning taxi and for arranging to refund our cash security deposit at the same time. She is a very kind lady who I hope is highly valued by her employer.
Disliked: Would have liked jam or peanut butter to spread on toast - only butter and cream cheese available. I used a boiled egg instead which was excellent. This is not a criticism, just a suggestion

Do not stay here

Liked: The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We had 2 nights booked here. It was in a bad neighborhood, homeless people were walking around the parking lot. There is a storage yard with 3 big dogs next to the parking lot and the dogs barked ALL NIGHT. We did not get any sleep as the barking was loud and continuous. We spoke to the girl at the front desk and explained that the dogs kept us awake all night and she said it has been a problem and they know. The manager was supposed to call us to discuss the cancellation of our second night as we moved to a different motel in order to have some rest. The manager did not call us back and we have been charged a cancellation fee without any consideration or a call. I would recommend any other motel in the area as they are all the same price. Overall the place was dingy and overpriced for the state of the place.

Nice staff but motel is...

Liked: Staff were lovely and location is great.
Disliked: Doors are metal and one of them had been crow barred. Motel was very old and tatty. There was a family next door screaming and a few homeless people in the car park over night. Didn't feel very safe.

Passable

Disliked: Pillows were like rocks although the bed itself was very comfortable. Furnace noise kept us awake all night.
