Nasty moldy and drug infested...

Disliked: On arrival police were at the door questioning a suspect, We checked in for a king suite that we paid extra for and got a nasty room with two double bed and mold everywhere.. also the Bath tub was messy and had lots of lime build up and mildew. The room smelled like cigarettes and beer and even had old beer bottles next to the toilet in the nasty bathroom. After we requested a refund we have waited 3.5 weeks and still have not received anything but 11.75 from b00kihg for “the wait” we stoke with the hotel company “choice hotel” and were informed that the sent over the refund at the time of arrival/checkout as we did both in the matter of 20 minutes. I spoke with the supervisor and was given a nasty attitude and wasn’t even able to get one work in as he told me they can’t do anything about my issue even after 3.5 weeks and several emails and phone calls including pictures attachments

Could have been better.

Liked: It was convenient to several restaurants and right off the highway.
Disliked: There were several maintenance issues. We had to switch rooms because of a major leak in the first room. And the property lost power most of the second day.

Not safe or clean

Disliked: It's not safe, clean, comfortable, or worth the money.

Disliked: Disgusting, stains everywhere, no remote, broken lights, and stink
