Disappointing

Disliked: I left a jacket in the hotel room. When I realized I was already home. I called the same day I checked out and they told me nothing was found which I know was a lie because after checking out I went straight home and there was nowhere else it could have been. They didn?t even ask for a room number or anything. All they said was nothing was at the lost and found. I honestly don?t believe that.
