Comfortable and convenient

Liked: The location was very convenient for our needs. The room was comfortable, clean, remodeled, and very pleasant.
Disliked: The bathroom was old and not very welcoming. Although it was acceptable, It needs some remodeling or at least a facelift.

Bad

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: No elevator, the changed my room from 2 beds to 1 without asking, holes in the walls, smelled horrible, and the refrigerator left a huge puddle by the bed. Told me they would refund my money right away so I could go elsewhere and I still haven't received my credit back to my debit card

Liked: Very clean.Staff is friendly.Lots of stores/restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Weekly rates aren't consistent.

Never Again

Liked: It was clean, great location
Disliked: I had just arrived and was checking in when another tenant who was there (and clearly having some sort of mental health episode) exploded at me. She accused me of following her (?), then went outside and took a picture of my rental car and license plate. She returned to the lobby and proceeded to yell at me ("Whitey in the jeep - you hate black people!"). I have never seen this woman before in my life - I hadn't said a word to her in advance of this interaction. It was completely out of the blue and unsolicited.I realize this isn't the hotel's fault, however it made the one night I did stay (because i had already paid) one filled with anxiety and fear, as I was terrified this woman would key my rental car, harass me in my room, etc. I couldn't wait to check out the next morning and canceled the reservation I had at this hotel for the following week. The clientele this hotel attracts (due to its proximity to the Truck Stop next door, I presume) is rock bottom. I've known this for years, but never once have I felt unsafe staying at this hotel - until now.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean The bed sheets were clean floor was very quiet
Disliked: No breakfast was available as stated in the ad I was looking forward to going to breakfast they only had coffee available when I stayed there that's it.

Never stay there.

Disliked: I got no sleep. There was someone across the hall. All night someone came every 10 minutes. Door wouod slam then few more minutes later slammed again. Went on all night. The bed was horrible and falling apart too. I had 2 nights. I left the next morning. Told them id like to be refunded for the 2nd night. And they said the manager would call if they would and the manager never called. I was on the 2nd floor and was very sketchy walking through. Thats why I got a hotel for the next night and had to stay up until I could check into the next place. It ruined the weekend.
