Liked: That's very funny because there wasn't any breakfast.Even though there was supposed to beOne reason we chose to stay there
Disliked: Couldn't use the pool another reason we chose to stay there.No breakfast reason for staying there didn't know no breakfast till we tried to get some and we weren't late we went down at 7:30 am

Disliked: They did not honor a confirmed reservation that was made weeks before the visit. I received a phone call the day of the visit after I had traveled almost 300 miles to arrive in town. I was told they did not have a room for me. They stated they had only one room left and they were saving that for someone else. The manager was rude and blamed the problem on Expedia. This made no sense since the reservation was made through Booking.com. After a rude hostile conversation the manager hung up abruptly on the call. Since there was an important event in progress most other hotels were booked. I ended finding another hotel but had to pay twice the price due to the last minute reservation.

Facilities need maintenance, dirty, no...

Disliked: The first room they gave us was already occupied. Our key didn't work so we jiggled the door and a man told us he was in there.So they gave us a second room with no water in the shower because it wasn't even hooked up! Then a bug was on the bed. We left and told the manager to refund our money.
