Convenient place

Liked: Access to highway and restaurants.
Disliked: Button on tub faucet to change tub-fill to shower didn't work.

Okay after a long drive...

Liked: Convient, friendly staff.Breakfast good value though awkward to serve and carry to remote table. Regular coffee remarkably good.
Disliked: 1. TV reception was terrible.2. Bed was far too soft and springs conducted a vibration from equipment3. Shower needed grab bar for safety4. Refrigerator occupied large amount of desk space, reducing use.5. Breakfast area needs to be other than a corridor for people to enter and leave from parking space.6. Price was double the usual rate because of the eclipse (Econolodge just did what all the other motels did)

Good location and value for...

Liked: The hotel is very conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping areas, with good parking at the property. The rent was pretty reasonable compared to similar properties in the area. The room was spacious and beds were decent.
Disliked: The hotel needs renovation and face lifting to make this more competitive, the toilets are pretty old, the bed linens need replacing, rooms are not well lit, the breakfast was not at all good, the owner was really very friendly and he has plans to do the renovations soon. This will be a good property if managed well.
