Liked: The breakfast was not good. Had to brew my own coffee and had to go to the front desk to get a yogurt cuz there was none. And they had NO SPOONS to eat breakfast with.
Disliked: Everything, the 1st room was disgusting pillows were stained and looked moldy, there was cigarette burns in the bedspread and sheets were stained.Switch to another room, and that one wasn't much better.the pillows were clean and the sheets were clean, but the bedspread and blankets had cigarette burns in them again. And borh rooms were supposed to be NON SMOKING rms., the light over the sink didn't work, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, abd the shower when you turned on the water made a piercing loud noise that lasted the entire time you were showering.I requested a refund for the rm, was not worth 202.00 but as of yet have not gotten a refund from booking.com.This was my 1st time using booking.com and will probably be my last. After all the problems I experienced I can't believe that I can't get a refund from booking.com.I called and complained to booking.com on while I was there abd when I got home but no call back or email from booking. Com

Centrally located, clean and comfortable.

Liked: Staff was amazing, offering advice and even told me about reduced rates for longer stays. Bed was comfortable and clean. TV channel selection was good. Heat worked well.
Disliked: I was disappointed in the breakfast selection. Only two options, sausage sandwiches in the refrigerator, or waffles. The was no sugar substitute. Not a lot of places to walk to for food or beverages.

Disliked: It wasn’t worth the money, hardly no good cable channels and there were roaches in our room and had to be switched to another room

The room was absolutely disgusting.

Liked: NOT A SINGLE THING!
Disliked: EVERYTHING! The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the sheets/comforters were stained and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty and sticky. Bathroom was clearly not cleaned as there were hair ties and dirty washcloths still hanging over the shower curtain. The list continues of the amount of filth. Requested a different room and was very rudely told there were no other vacancies. STAY AWAY from this place.
