Liked: This place was closed sign in entrance said underNew management no one there place was deserted.No.one informed me of this.I only wasn't informed I left messages via phone recording said they would callMe .No one called.I was fortunate to find a place to stay.This situation should had never happened.James Daniels Very disappointed in this situation.

Disliked: We received a pre-arrival confirmation text 24 hours before our stay. When we arrived, there was a note on the lobby door that they were closed until further notice. We were never notified in advance.

Property is closed!!
Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: We were asked to leave on 6/26. Management contacted staff by email that property was sold and staff had to contact all who were already checked in and any reservations that the property would be closed at end of day on 6/26. We need a refund. Staff could not provide that.

Never had this happen to...
Liked: The place was closed down how can I rate it when there was no one there. Very disappointed and I want my money returned. Since I had to book another hotel I place of this one

Disliked: This place is literally closed. We arrived and it was completely empty, no one at the property and a sign on the door saying they are closed (photo attached). I had already paid in advance through Booking.com and now am having a challenging time getting a refund, and ended up having to pay $100 more to book a different hotel last minute. A terrible experience considering we were at a friend’s wedding and had to quickly check in between the ceremony and reception, and then had to spend 30 minutes on hold with customer service to not even get a refund yet (I received a Booking.com credit to book a different hotel, specifically on the same day -but by the time they notified us of this, we had already booked a different hotel on our own because we had a limited amount of time to try and figure this out, could not afford to wait over an hour for Booking.com to do something). Really terrible experience, still waiting for any sort of communication about a refund.

The hotel was closed and...
Liked: Location
Disliked: We were unable to stay at the property as new ownership/management made the decision to close the hotel without informing any guests with reservations. I booked and paid for the room in full in April. This situation almost left a family of 4 without lodging and we had to book a new hotel with no notice that was much more expensive.

Liked: Nothing. I wasn’t able to stay. When I arrived there was a sign in the door that said “closed. Under new management.”
Disliked: I didn’t even get to stay at my property. I had to make other accommodations

Won’t stay again
Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: Smelled musty, no breakfast as advertised and charged same, no coffee in rooms, had to call desk for clean towels, just not very nice at all

Liked: Room was clean. Beds were ok.
Disliked: I was put on 2nd floor i have a medical boot on but had to go up 15 steps too getting to our room. They women at front desk was very rude and would not do anything to change too 1st floor. Also there was no breakfast available it was listed as having a great breakfast. We are very disappointed!

Disliked: No breakfast. Minimal coffee. No towel bars, hooks or rack in bathroom. Old outdated tv
