Location was close to the venue or we would have looked elsewhere.

Disliked: Bedding was old (blanket). AC barely worked. Breakfast was practically nonexistent. Staff was LESS THAN FRIENDLY.

Staff was friendly; it seemed like a safe place to stay. About a mile from SNHU Arena and the walk wasn't bad. However for non smoking, the place smelt bad. Shower was dirty and pillows were flat.

Liked: Price was decent comparably; safe environment.
Disliked: It smelt like cigarettes; pillows were terrible.

The receptionist was very accommodating even at 12 am when we needed more pillows.

Disliked: I will not be using the 3rd party app to book because the hotel did not acknowledge my confirmation and so I was forced to find another hotel last minute costing me 5 times more then usual.

Disliked: Upon check in yhe front desk lady had no idea what she was doing. She canceled my reservation cause she hit the wrong button then when she realized she messed up she called supervisor to get help when she should have called her supervisor before hitting the wrong button. I pay with debit card so when she canceled my reservation I lost the amount then she re charged my debit card and I always have to pay am additional $100. Charge cause I use debit card and I havent been reimbursed from my bank yet so I went the hole rest if the trip with less money on my debit card cause just because I was reimbursed money from her screw up my bank doesn't reimbursed my checking account until Monday or Tuesday and this incident happened Friday night after the banks have closed

Disliked: Online it said there was a pool and there wasn't one. The hall ways always smelled weird when I walked through them. I wish I would have booked another hotel
