Disliked: Mirror was dirty ,the toilet clogged up, veterans discount wasn't honored to us. Only had one pillow each. Had no microwave in room. We didn't want to have to walk to the desk to get a pillow. They should bring it to us. Staff needs to be more friendly and outgoing.

Liked: This is exactly what I expected for an economy hotel - it was clean, facilities are dated, staff was great and breakfast was fine. Great value for the location. No surprises!
Disliked: Nothing - good value and I don't expect Hilton services at that price

Rude staff, stained sheets, disgusting...
Liked: Good water pressure in the shower. Literally nothing else.
Disliked: Before I begin, please keep in mind that I personally am not even that picky with hotels, and this one managed to be bad enough to inspire me to bother writing this at all. Elevator is past inspection and the first time I went up to my room two housekeepers with large linen bins crammed into it with me. I pushed myself into the corner with my two bags and THEY acted annoyed with ME. I left the do not disturb sign on my door while I was out the first morning of my stay and came back to find housekeeping had entered anyway. Upon check-out I waited in the lobby for the desk clerk to return as they had left a sign in the window saying back soon. I waited 20 minutes and left my key card in the slot after giving up waiting. The shower had hair in it, one of the beds clearly hadn't been changed over, and the breakfast is a joke. Dixie cups for coffee that tastes like oily mud, stale bagels, expired mini-muffins. This is not worth the price at all, there is a comfort inn right down the street for only about 20 dollars more per night which I will be using during my stays on Manchester from now on. Econo-lodges are usually at least worth the price, but stay the heck away from this trash hole. This location should be aware that due the behavior of their staff, they have lost a lot of business from me.
