Location was close to the venue or we would have looked elsewhere.

Disliked: Bedding was old (blanket). AC barely worked. Breakfast was practically nonexistent. Staff was LESS THAN FRIENDLY.

Staff was friendly; it seemed like a safe place to stay. About a mile from SNHU Arena and the walk wasn't bad. However for non smoking, the place smelt bad. Shower was dirty and pillows were flat.

Liked: Price was decent comparably; safe environment.
Disliked: It smelt like cigarettes; pillows were terrible.

The receptionist was very accommodating even at 12 am when we needed more pillows.

Liked: Great customer service; clean room.

Disliked: The outlets were not working properly, there were ants on the floor. The floor was not vacuumed or mopped

Good value, we just needed...

Liked: I like that we were all by ourselves and didn’t have noisy neighbors. The vending had good selection, and ice machine was working. The person that checked us in was great.
Disliked: The room was tiny, breakfast was extra light, and the morning staff looked annoyed that they had to check us out. Our bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. We had enough shampoo for one shower, we both couldn’t take one.

Disliked: not a good location, lobby smelled of smoke, did not trust group of people hanging out in dark parking lot, tried to cancel reservation, not sure if it was ever canceled
