The Spotlight on Econo Lodge Manchester

Affordable Comfort Minutes from the Music

Modern convenience meets budget-friendly comfort at Econo Lodge Manchester, a no-frills, pet-friendly hotel just 1.3 miles from downtown and the SNHU Arena. With flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and available in-room fridges and coffee makers, it’s a straightforward stay that gets the job done — perfect for anyone coming into town for a show.

Why Concert-goers love it

This hotel’s biggest draw? Location. You’re less than a 5-minute drive or a quick ride-share from SNHU Arena and Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. While it’s not right in the middle of the nightlife, that’s actually a bonus for those who want a quieter spot to crash post-show. Guests appreciate the reliable free parking, easy access to rideshare services, and the ability to check in as early as 3 PM — great if you're coming in from out of town and want to freshen up before the lights go down.

Who this Hotel is great for

- Groups of friends road-tripping on a budget
- Solo travelers chasing a dream concert experience
- Couples making a low-key weekend of it
- Fans who want a peaceful night's sleep after a loud night
- Budget-conscious music lovers who’d rather spend on merch than lodging

Food and Drink Options

You’ll find a free continental breakfast in the morning — ideal after a late night out. While there isn’t an on-site restaurant, there are plenty of casual dining spots and cocktail lounges within a short drive (roughly 3 miles). No 24/7 dining or room service here, but the in-room fridge and nearby takeout options help fill the gap.

Nightlife Options

Though the hotel itself is low-key, you’re a short ride from Manchester’s downtown bar scene. Whether you’re craving craft beer, cocktails, or a lively post-concert hangout, there’s something within easy reach. If you prefer to wind down quietly, this hotel’s relaxed atmosphere is just what you need.

What People Say

Guests often mention the hotel’s clean rooms, easy check-in, and value for the price. Many concert-goers appreciated the short distance to SNHU Arena and the fact that it’s quiet at night. The pet-friendly policy is also a big plus for travelers bringing furry friends.

Areas for Improvement

It’s not a luxury stay — so don’t expect high-end furnishings or fancy extras. Some guests noted the property could use a bit of updating, and that the complimentary breakfast is basic. But for the price and location, most agree it’s a fair trade.

The Bottom Line

If you're looking for a clean, affordable, and conveniently located place to stay after the show, Econo Lodge Manchester hits all the right notes.

Nancy, Baraboo, visiting SNHU Arena Thu, 4 May 2023

Location was close to the venue or we would have looked elsewhere.

Disliked: Bedding was old (blanket). AC barely worked. Breakfast was practically nonexistent. Staff was LESS THAN FRIENDLY.

Rebecca, Holden, visiting SNHU Arena Mon, 24 October 2022

Staff was friendly; it seemed like a safe place to stay. About a mile from SNHU Arena and the walk wasn't bad. However for non smoking, the place smelt bad. Shower was dirty and pillows were flat.

Liked: Price was decent comparably; safe environment.
Disliked: It smelt like cigarettes; pillows were terrible.

Saved by the awesome staff!

Liked: The desk staff was awesome! Especially Miguel! Bookings system messed up and didn't send the paid confirmation to the hotel. She was patient, professional and made sure things were made right so we weren't out on the street without a room. All the staff were awesome, professional & kind.
Disliked: That Booking didn't hold up their end by making sure our booking went smoothly. The hotel staff fixed it.

Stay somewhere else

Liked: Basically NOTHING! once we arrived my card was charged an additional 100.00 returned if room was fine after check out. Obviously it would be. But the place was ghetto
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable, pillows awful, no hair dryer, not even plastic cups if you wanted them to use. Grout in bathroom was black. We were a one night stay, in town for a show at SNHU. hindsight I'll pay more next time and stay in a better hotel.
