Liked: Superb location, right beside I-27. Lubbock was a 'midpoint' on a long trip, so proximity to the expressway was very important. The air conditioning work very well, and Texas is very hot for much of the year... so, this was certainly appreciated.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was what you would call a decent, "OK" hotel. Nothing special, but, nothing especially bad, either....

Disliked: Everything was just so ghetto.. none of the entrances worked had to park out back. An then walk all the way around the building to get in the walls were so thin you could hear the people in the next room..

Liked: Location and facility was good. Breakfast a little weak- no toast or tea.
Disliked: Add some basics to breakfast, like toast and tea

Liked: Nothing there were there were roaches on the bed the floors were dirty. No toilet paper.
Disliked: I didn't like how the front desk charged a 50.00 pet fee when she is a registered companion dog. I had here paper work with her picture an registered number. An the lady said well I still don't believe you. I told her t look it up on line she took 30 minutes an found that I was right. Didn't apologize said we will refund your card it can take 5 to 7 bussiness days to show up on your bank account it's up to them how fast they want to process it. It's April 22 an I still have not been credited yet.
