Disliked: First floor room noisy because of people hanging out in the parking lot. Tub/shower needs replacement. Sink did not drain. Wall and trim paint peeling.Breakfast fair. Overrated on Bookings

With a few minor changes...

Liked: It's in a great location I was walking distance from eat out places and the store. The two staff members I talked to were both friendly and professional.
Disliked: Mostly cosmetic issues scratch up walls old very use recliners ,crack sink at first glance it appears to be clean but on closer inspection bed sheets had stains on it if it couldn't be washed out should have been thrown away and bathroom was clean enough have to keep in mind that it's the old building.
