Stuffy, noisy budget motel

Liked: Room was relatively clean. Towels were clean.
Disliked: It was very noisy because of being so close to the road (on the side I stayed on) and there was a lot of sound bleeding through the next room. I can hear nearly every word of my neighbor’s phone conversation through the locked, connecting door to the adjacent room. The room was musty smelling upon entering. Like most motels, the windows are sealed so there wasn’t much I could do about the stuffiness. Usually I go by the overall rating of the location, so I was disappointed by the smell and noise issues for a property that’s currently rated 7+. Not staying long enough to move rooms and can certainly sleep through it because the neighbor noise is not constant; just functionally not ideal. Also it took quite long (10 minutes) to be checked in to the room. Not sure if attendant was new but seemed like they were unsure about the check in process.

No thrills bargain hotel to...

Liked: It's a decent place to go to sleep for a good price. There is WiFi available I just didn't use it. I'm not sure if breakfast was served but they had a little corner where it looks like they serve it in the check in area. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The smell of the smoking rooms kind of lingers in the area so I still smelled it a little in my non-smoking room. Not bad just slightly noticeable.
