Liked: Nothing at all, the general manager was rude no manners at all, disrespectful when I arrived they gave the key and went to the room and found 2 people inside and one of them was the health inspector in told the finish it the inspection and I will come back so finally they done det inside take a shower and after that I was ready to eat lunch/dinner when I saw a BEB BUG crawling on the wall between the beds, my first reaction was grab a pen kill it and set it on the paper and take it to the from desk, the general manager was rude told that that wasn't a bed bugs and plus the health inspector still here and she will check i ask them to go with me but they ended up going without me, so I ask for refund and the guy in the tasty way said nope you will not get it because it wasn't any bed bugs and I told them I will not stay in the hotel His answer was do whatever, omg this experience was horrible. I never get my money back. So don't waste your money.
Disliked: The front desk was, rude, bedbugs in the room and plus the intermediate Booking.com never back me in, so what is the point her with Booking.com if they are not responsible for it.

Disliked: Lost electricity while preparing to depart. Not the fault of property. But no backup generators. No alternative offered. And no discounts. Disappointed with this.
