Disliked: Everything. Staff was rude room was filthy. Staff turned off ac after they "cleaned" the room on a 90° day.

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom door did not close and got stuck. The smoke detector battery started chirping at 7 in the morning

Liked: Easy On / Off from Mass Pike at gateway to Berkshires, Tanglewood etc. Good staff. This place is an old school Ecolodge - don’t expect the Four Seasons and enjoy a clean, convenient room.
Disliked: Nothing. I knew what I was getting and it was just right.
