Econo Lodge Lee - Great Barrington

WORST experience ever. Would NEVER...

Disliked: The owners are rude and don't take accountability. They decided to do concrete paving while i was in the room. They didn't warn me. They knew I had my Support animal with me. My son left to walk the dog and some piece of wood they put down was not large enough for my dog or any persons to safely cross. Instead they told me I had to stay in the room until it dries. Leaving my son unable to come back in the room and me not able to go out. There was no toast or bagels as shown in their photos. The coffee was old. The room was dingy and dark. Furniture was broken. Bathroom shower curtain broke and owner blamed me for it. The bathroom had cracks. Refrigerator was broken causing all my leftovers from a restaurant to go bad. They charged my card the entire amount before I got there even though it was scheduled as a pay upon arrival. That wasn't the credit card I wanted charged. I left early because they didn't fix any of the problems and they charged my card again after I left and refused to issue refund.

Comfortable, clean and simple stopover.

Liked: Lovely Mountain view in a quiet location. Very clean and pleasant.
Disliked: Room was very small. Breakfast choice limited but completely fine.

Liked: Property was cute, everything looks newer / fresh like the floor wasn’t old the shower wasn’t old etc, property is definitely well maintained and cleaned thoroughly after the guests!

Liked: It was a good location and quiet
Disliked: It definitely is an older motel. The temperature levels were either boiling hot, or freezing cold. There was no comfortable level. They only have 1 pillow per side of the bed.
