Disliked: It is CLOSED! There are chains on all of the doors.

Liked: That it had an available room.
Disliked: Yes, I booked the room because it showed there was a pool and breakfast at the hotel. However once I checked in I quickly noticed the pool was drained and not working and in the morning there was no breakfast. There was no staff at the hotel too.

Liked: Convenient; close to the highway. Clean and quiet. Price was great. Will always choose to stay here when I need to stop in Laramie.
Disliked: The TV did not work but could have been "operator error". I just streamed from my IPad instead. Odd there was no staff on sight, but calling on phone worked

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful if needed.
Disliked: Pool was not available.

Liked: The service from the staff was very good. They were quick to respond on any request. My particular room was up to date.
Disliked: Pool is out of service.

Liked: location and parking lot size were decent
Disliked: The website said this hotel had wifi, pool, and continental breakfast. This hotel did not have any of these. Wifi only worked in the lobby. No trash cans- trash was piled by doors. Staff would lie to you with a smile on their face. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Liked: The price was reasonable.
Disliked: Internet said indoor pool. I called first & was pool down. Learned it's been "down" 2 yrs! Also, sheets had tear, lamp shade had large stain. Glad heater worked well. Online also said breakfast included, but there was none.

Liked: Price.
Disliked: The advertisement said they had a swimming pool and complementary breakfast. They don't have a complementary breakfast and the pool has been closed for quite a while -- at least six months. They need to correct their advertising.

Liked: On a game weekend, all of the nicer hotels in town were either sold out or were charging $250 on up. This was more reasonable and worked since we would basically only be sleeping there.
Disliked: The room description said pool and continental breakfast. The pool was out of commission and the desk attendant told us at check in that there was no breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was the reason we chose this over another budget hotel.
