Liked: Location was convenient. Breakfast was just right. Room was quiet. Kearney is dear to me anyway. Many happy times there staying with my Aunt and Uncle. Recently moved them to Florida near their son.The first thing I noticed was the comfortable temperature, a light was left on. The paint job was good. Othe Econo I have stayed in have had sloppy paint jobs with smears on the baseboards and door framing. It just makes a place look cheap. The tub wasn’t stained. The curtain was fresh and fit the tub. Linens were in good condition. Night light was a plus. Coffee was good. Refrig was cold. And plenty of counter space. Bed was comfy and even had a nice fleece blanket. The bed spreads were light weight and not stained. Didn’t use the pool it wasn’t open. Nice and clean. Best compliments to house keeping.
Disliked: No smiles and limited communication with front desk. Probably a language barrier.

Liked: Price was right room was comfortable.
Disliked: The location stinks it's right beside a pilot truck stop trucks going in and out all night long too much noise. If you are going to have a swimming pool you should at least put a cover over it keep kids safe the water in the pool was dirty green.

No bad surprises. Excellent value.
