Liked: The lady at the front counter during check in was pleasant.
Disliked: There was furniture from other rooms in the hallway, the toilet was loose from the floor. Breakfast was supposed to be served, the young kid was happy with himself when he put out danishes & cold coffee. There was a man asleep all night on the picnic table by the grill on the premises. The young man at the counter went & woke him up & brought him inside for a danish. Also, the person that checked in before me without a reservation paid $20 less than I did with a reservation.

The worst stay ever.
Liked: Staff are good
Disliked: Bed isn?t comfortable at all. Pillows are not enough for two people and they are of bad quality. The AC runs literally like an old train, it sounds like it?s gonna explode.

Liked: Absolutely nothing!
Disliked: Where do I start! Front desk kept us waiting over 15 minutes as they did not know how to separate one payment into two payments to different credit cards. We had to get to a wedding so we just said ?catch us later?! The air conditioner was working and when I tried to turn it up as room was too cold and error message popped up and then it shut off. Cheap terrible thermostats that are hard to figure out! I called front desk and they sent this guy who didn?t have a clue how to fix it. So I asked for a room fan of which they didn?t have one. Fortunately, the room stayed cool thought the night as it was like a refrigerator when I first entered the room. No place to hang a clothes bag!

Sadly, the worst hotel I?ve...
Liked: Honestly, the lady at the front desk & That?s it.
Disliked: First and foremost, bites appeared all over my body after staying there; pretty sure it?s bed bugs, have never had before, so... just. Ew. Second, the room itself totally smelled like urine, one of the light switches didn?t work, ceiling tiles torn in bathroom & taking the elevator to the room, gross stains inside the elevator doors; to boot, when the doors reopened, your welcomed to a huge pile of furniture in the hallway. Not that I would have wanted to eat anything here, but it was advertised there was complimentary breakfast, nope. Room labeled with breakfast, totally closed & dead. I understand covid was hard on a lot of hotels, but a) bed bugs, no way, no how. b) don?t advertise you have something that may entice out of towners & not have it & c) the rate for this experience? Waaaaaaay more then even close to fair for value. Should have been priced at $30/night, at least that would have flagged me. TBH - no idea what got into me trying something new at this place. Budget? Marriott/Holiday Inns here always going forward. No if?s and?s or but?s.
