Great experience Cheap Price

Liked: Everything was really good.
Disliked: The drawer on the night stand was broken when we came into the room so I was kinda scared I would be charged for it. Luckily the staff must've documented the drawer already and we weren't charged.

The beds suck

Liked: Close to the bypass and easy it find
Disliked: The beds are the most uncomfortable I have sleep on , it felt like like only a box mattress, they need better beds

Disliked: The people in the room next to me was loud and obnoxious nothing was done about it

Disliked: CSR was not trained properly and I waited for over an hour to get checked in. Then the horror of this place was dirty, sheets had stains, blanket had cigarette burns, curtains were ripped and barely hanging on, room smelled like an ashtray even though I reserved a non smoking room. The remote didn't work and the bathroom was dirty.Not something you want to experience after being on the road for 10 hours and you want to just rest.I understand having a low budget motel, but what I do not agree with is skipping on the basic functions of your business which are cleanliness. Those are non negotiable.It doesn't have to be luxurious, but it DOES HAVE TO BE CLEAN.
