Econo Lodge Jefferson Hills Hwy 51

The hotel looked nothing like the online photos. Lobby was dirty. Desk clerks were rude. They had my reservation but not my friends. Wouldn't give them the same rate as me, claiming it was the last room and it would sell. When in fact another person from our party called hours later and got a room. The property literally looked like it was a construction site. Breakfast was very stale - cinnamon rolls and the package was laying outside the employee entrance. Coffee was not fresh. Will absolutely never stay again.

Liked: The only positive was that there was a bed in our room.
Disliked: Hotel was sorely misrepresented online.

Liked: It was very convenient to downtown Pittsburgh. the staff was friendly and check in/out process was very easy.
Disliked: The entire property smelled like weed. No judgement, but not appealing to non smokers.

Disliked: The room smelt musty The floors were dirty. I showered and walked around the room for a few minutes and when I went to get into bed, my feet were back and I had to wipe them off before bed.The bed was uncomfortable

Liked: Best wifi!! Friendly staff, cold air! Location next to alot of stores and restaurants. They always accommodate( if they can) a downstairs room per my requests.
Disliked: Its always clean, but i wouldn't walk around barefoot in the room, the room usually has shoe dirt from the staff being in to clean.
