Liked: Courtesy of all the staff; cleanliness; quiet; overall look outside/inside.
Disliked: Parking was difficult Friday night; parking space a bit too narrow.

Don’t judge a book by...

Liked: Staff were friendly and room was sufficient for the one night l was there.
Disliked: The breakfast left a little to be desired. The rule of no food taken back to your room was disappointing. I recently stayed at a different hotel in Springfield and their breakfast was excellent and no rule about food in your room. Otherwise, the room was clean and provided all of the basic necessities. Refrigerator and microwave were both nice.

All in all it was...

Liked: Bed was comfy, cozy, and clean, shower pressure was amazing and had plenty of hot water. Easy check-in
Disliked: There wasn’t any shampoo. Only conditioner and soap

Liked: The bed was super comfy. It was quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast needs a little work. On my trek across the country, I have seen better options.
